1.3a Small bug fixes.

1.3 Added an Editor to allow easy composing of the start page in the Browser. Also created a Control Center that makes customizing the Desktop and Browser easier.

1.2 Made some improvements to the way popups are handles. Fixed bugs with the multithreaded animation that appears when browsing the web.
