Sync Library Rotator Add-In

How It Works

SyncLibRotator swaps out folders from the 'Master Library' and moves them to the folder which is to be synced with your jukebox. JBSynch then syncs this folder with your jukebox in the normal fashion. The folder will be an exact replica of your jukebox.

How To Use It

  1. Create a new empty folder on your hard drive. This folder will be used to sync with your jukebox. The files in this folder will not exceed the limit (in megabytes) that you set in the SyncLibRotator Settings window.
  2. Load JBSynch. Click on Settings.
  3. In the Source Dir field enter the path to the folder you created in Step 1. In the Dest Dir field enter path to your jukebox.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings window and click on 'Add-In Manager'. In the Add-In Manager window, load the SyncLibRotator add-in by clicking 'Add...'
  5. In the 'Master Library' field enter the path to your music library on your hard drive.
  6. Customize the other settings
  7. If you do not want SyncLibRotator to do its thing during the next synchronization, make sure the "Rotate library at the start..." is unchecked.

Notes

When SyncLibRotator is active, only one-way synchronization is possible. That is, changes made on the jukebox will NOT be reflected in the source folder. SyncLibRotator will actually modify JBSynch's settings to ensure this.
