M3U Playlist Builder Help

- Drag and Drop. You can drag files from the left side pane over to
the playlist and position them wherever you want. You can also drag files
from Windows Explorer. Pressing the '->' Add button will add the file(s)
selected in the left pane to end of the playlist.
- Verify: M3U Playlist Builder can verify all the entries in your
playlist and remove entries that do not exist physically.
- Randomize: This option will randomize the sort order of your
playlist.
- Make paths relative: This option will change all the paths in the
list to paths relative to the location of the playlist itself. For instance,
if the m3u file is located in "g:\playlists\my playlist.m3u", the
entry for "g:\mp3\rock\somesong.mp3" will be changed to
"..\mp3\rock\somgsong.mp3"
- Make paths absolute will change all the paths in the list to
absolute paths containing a drive letter. You will be prompted for the drive
letter to use.
- Make paths absolute but driveless will change all paths in the list
to absolute paths but without a drive a letter. This allows you to place the
playlist anywhere in your jukebox or on your computer.
- The Playlist Verifier tools allows you to verify all the playlists
in a given path and remove entries to files that no longer exist.
